Story
Our team has been providing staffing solutions to the Aged Care sector in the ACT and NSW as Nurseaid since 2015.
Over those years we have provided nursing and other resources to facilities on minimal notice to cover a single shift, planned contract placements and full time resources.
We have built a large base of certified and vetted candidates across a wide range of skillsets, and we have learned what is required to meet the often changing and unique needs of organisations.
Those lessons, coupled with advances in technology, now allow us to provide our clients with direct access to resources where and when they need them.
And with the associated reduced cost of service delivery, we are not only passing those savings onto our clients, but we are expanding to serve multiple industry sectors right around Australia and New Zealand.
And so, Nova Consulting is born, with the service heritage of Nurseaid embedded to serve an expanded range of industry sectors across Australia and New Zealand.
